In our Privacy Policy for SliceTown, you will find helpful in understanding what data we collect, why we receive them, and what we as a data-responsible organization use them.

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the personal information you provide and which we collect about you when you are a Customer at SliceTown, or when you visit our website at leastorm.me, slicetown.dk, (from now on referred to as “Our Websites”).

2.2. When we process personal information, we comply with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the Danish Personal Data Regulations, which may apply after May 25, 2018.

2.4. If you want insight into your personal information or do you think that the data is incorrect – or if you have any other objections, please contact SliceTown. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information we have registered about you, and you may object to registration following the rules of the Personal Data Act.

  1. Website og cookies

3.1. When you visit one of “Our Websites,” we use Google Analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser to recognize your computer on subsequent visits. Cookies help us see how many people visit the site (traffic metric) and how our users interact with the site. We do not process user behavior information that can associate user behavior with specific people.

3.2. As we mentioned in point 3.1. We use Google Analytics cookies to give us insight into how visitors use our website. We do not share this data with anyone, and the knowledge we receive is used solely to improve ore website and user experience for you as a visitor. 3.4. Cookies delete themselves after a certain number of months (may vary), but they are somehow will be renewed after each visit. If you want to remove or block cookies, see a guide here.

  1. Collection of personal information

4.1. If you are a customer or contact us from one of our websites, we collect the following general personal information about you including name, address, postal code, city, country, mobile number, and e-mail address and billing information such as company name, CVR no. If the site has the option of automatic card payment collector, we also want payment card information.

4.2. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties unless you expressly commit to it.

4.3. We do not collect any particular categories of personal information (sensitive information) about you.

  1. Treatment of personal information 

5.1. We treat only personal information to the extent necessary if you are set up as a customer. An example, where it’s essential for us to fulfill our obligations under agreements and related services. It can also be to meet the commitments we have as a Danish company where we are covered by Danish legislation.

5.2. Personal information shall be understood as defined in the Personal Data Act.

5.3. We do not make any profiles of you and do not abuse your personal information. Furthermore, we do not disclose your personal information without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.

5.4. If you are a customer, we use your personal information to:

Submit order confirmation, passwords and user guides to you

Give your customer service, support, answer questions and comply with your requests

Execute your orders and deliver our services and services

Manage your customer relationship management

Provide advice on new options, products, prices, system updates, downtime, etc. via email.

  1. Sharing of your personal data

6.1. We may share your personal information with the suppliers and collaborators who assist us in the execution of your order or assist us with our IT operations, hosting, bookkeeping, etc. This means that, for example, we can share your information with our service providers, our technical support and our bank.

6.1.2. We share your information to the extent we are required, for example. As a result of reporting to public authorities like TAX.

7.1 In ore data controller, we do not share personal information with recipients outside the EU / EEA.

  1. Protection of personal data

8.1. According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. We store your personal information with third parties like Surftown.com and Dinero; we continuously review the security measures of third parties we provide personal information to and we continually check to determine if our user information is send correctly and with due regard to your rights as a user. However, we can not guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers over the Internet. This means that there may be a (limited) risk that other unauthorized persons gain access to information when data is transfer ore stored electronically. You thus disclose your personal information at your sole discretion.

8.2. Personal data is deleted or anonymized continuously as the purpose they were collected for termination. Personal information is stored, for a maximum of 12 months after the purpose is completed, except for personal data required for accounting purposes, these are stored for five years from the end of the current financial year, see the bookkeeping legislation §10. 8.4. To the extent that personal information about you is processed, you have the right to disclose what personal information is attributable to you according to the Personal Data Act. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to require these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object to any information about you being treated as a matter of urgency. You may also revoke your consent at any time. You also have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data regarding you. Complaints are filed with the Data Inspectorate, cf. section 58 (1) of the Personal Data Act. 1.
