A bot about Laura and the yoga class:
Laura is a certified yoga teacher. She started taking classes as a child. These early encounters with yoga grew over the years into a strong passion, now as a yoga teacher, she is sharing the magic of yoga with groups and individuals. To her, yoga is a foundation for an active and positive encounter with oneself, others, and nature. This view shines through her lessons in form of storytelling, honouring the cycles of nature and compassion. She teaches alignment-based Slow Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Laura facilitates the practice of Slow Vinyasa as meditative flow to calm the mind and make space for new inspiration. Participants have the opportunity to slow down, tune in to each movement and transition without being rushed.
Yin Yoga helps to regulate the body’s flow of energy by releasing tension in the deep connective tissues. In a yin practice, each asana is held for three to five minutes, allowing the practitioner to stretch deeply. The goal of the practice is to increase circulation in the joints, flexibility and range of motion.
